About the role

  • This role is based at Atlantic Fields Club, a Discovery Land Company property located just outside Hobe Sound, Florida.
  • The Expo plays a vital role in creating exceptional Member and Guest dining experiences by serving as the critical connection between the culinary and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver genuine hospitality while creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences for Members, Guests, and fellow Team Members.
  • Deliver exceptional service through genuine hospitality and clear, professional communication with Members, Guests, and fellow Team Members at all times.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the Club and ensure operational excellence.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, team-first mindset by working effectively with fellow Team Members to create exceptional Member and Guest experiences.

Requirements

  • The Expo demonstrates extensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, accompaniments, and presentation standards to ensure every meal reflects the Atlantic Fields commitment to excellence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety standards, with the ability to obtain and maintain all required state food safety certifications.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
