About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed incident investigations, identifying direct and indirect causes, implement and manage corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedures;
Requirements
- Must be legally qualified to work in Canada.

- Provide technical assistance when required on HSE-related matters
- Develop, revise and implement policies, procedures and HSE programs as required
- Must have a passion for influencing culture and training, while taking a hands-on approach to influencing our business and building on the strong safety commitment and culture;
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with 5-10 years of direct HSE experience in a senior position, within the oil and gas industry
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety and/or CRSP, NSCO designation is required.
