Responsibilities
- In the first 30 days, you will focus on gaining a deep understanding of Pattern's current facilities operations, including existing vendors, budgets, maintenance processes, and any ongoing projects or build-outs.
- You will build relationships with key stakeholders across IT, People, and leadership, while assessing current strengths, gaps, and risks within the facilities function.
- You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions.

Compensation
- Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
