About the role

  • Shepherd the planning and goal-setting process for bookings and pipeline (and forecast these metrics with increasing accuracy as we prepare to become public)
  • Generate insights around the performance of various business segments, acquisition channels, and GTM programs
  • Be the accountable owner for portions of our several hundred million dollar GTM budget

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly business reviews with the CRO and CFO
  • Partner on open-ended GTM strategy questions

Requirements

  • You are meticulous in ensuring your and others' output is precise and error-free, but pair this with a strong sense for 80/20 to know when things "pass the smell test" and what is critical vs. secondary to an answer.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working on or closely partnering with Sales leaders or data-driven Growth teams is a plus.
  • Fluency in database concepts, SQL, and the latest AI tools is a big plus… you use AI to supercharge (not substitute for) your strong technical capabilities!
  • You can effortlessly translate business concepts and frameworks to well structured spreadsheet models, and have the analytical toolkit to autonomously generate insights through data.
