About the role
- Benchmark Companies is seeking dependable, heavy equipment field service technician / mechanic for work in our land clearing and mulch manufacturing divisions.
- This position will be responsible for scheduled preventative maintenance on our fleet of construction and forestry equipment (Excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, horizontal grinders) as well as the equipment repair of that same fleet.
Requirements
- Experience on every machine type we operate is unnecessary, but applicants must possess ability to see a repair through to completion.
- Applicants must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machines in our fleet.
- Must be a well-organized self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills and a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering quality work.
