Responsibilities
- Include but not limited to: Demonstrate a hands on approach to supervising and leading multiple teams of drilling and operational crews for exploration drilling Demonstrated ability to multi-task, displaying strong organisation, future planning, problem solving and team leadership Ability to train and mentor drillers and offsiders Troubleshoot operational, logistical and mechanical issues Liaise and coordinate with the client "Boots on ground" position with a strong admin team providing support in the office.
