Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Field Service Technicians and Coordinators, driving performance, productivity, and career growth.
- Manage service contracts.
- Establish and maintain subcontractor relationships around the country.
- Partner with sales and independently drive new service contract growth through customer relationships, site visits, and identification of upsell opportunities.

- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, management or related field or relevant security industry management experience, specific to service or operations
