Mat Pilates Certification required
Must have availability to teach a minimum of 3 classes per week, including weekends
Ability to move and lift supplies of 30+ lbs.
Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Studio Three's Hot Mat Pilates is a heated 45-minute class that incorporates pilates rings, balls, and light hand weights.
This dynamic, low-impact workout enhances muscle tone, core strength, and flexibility while challenging the entire body.
