About the role

  • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted spend, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will own financial planning, cost analysis, lifecycle analysis and reporting across the supply chain, helping the business scale efficiently while maintaining rigorous cost discipline.
  • You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Data Center Operations leaders to translate operational plans into financial forecasts and drive data-informed decisions on capital and operating spend.
  • Own the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process for the supply chain organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for GPUs, CPUs, Storage and Networking.
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership for critical hardware and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics across the supply chain.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain spend.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for supply chain capacity, capital expenditures, and vendor negotiations.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate capitalization, accrual, and cost allocation of supply chain-related expenditures.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members supporting the supply chain function.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment accounting and depreciation schedules.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $195,000 - $235,000 + Bonus.
  • Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
