Responsibilities
- Build lesson plans based on the Midtown curriculum and teach to expectations
Requirements
- Have 2-years' experience with a recognized swim school or 4 years competitive swim experience with a passion to work with children
- Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic
Nice to have
- Current lifeguard or water safety instructor certifications recommended (American Red Cross preferred)
Skills
- Demonstrating professionalism, resilience, continued growth and optimism
- Maintaining aquatics areas and equipment to promote positive member experience
