Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical crews in the installation and wiring of RTUs, VFDs, LCPs, switchgear, field instrumentation, and other industrial equipment.
  • Ensure crews follow all safety procedures, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA 70, and company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet daily and weekly goals aligned with project schedules.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach with hands and arms, hear, and talk.

Skills

  • Interpret and execute work packages, electrical drawings, and MOPOs (Method of Procedure).
  • Provide training and mentorship to less experienced electricians and laborers.
  • Track crew hours and complete weekly timecards accurately.
