Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, assess, and develop contingency plans for systemic project risks and dependencies.
- Effectively manage project crises and bring off-track initiatives back to successful completion.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, expertly managing expectations and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Actively contribute to and lead initiatives for continuous improvement within the PMO, including refining methodologies, standardizing tools, and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 2 years specifically leading complex, high-impact projects or programs.
- Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- This position can be located at any office, although travel to all offices will be required.
- Travel will also be required to attend industry conferences and may also be required for vendor management, both of which may vary at times.
