  • Route high-potential talent to specific opportunities across the a16z platform, including the Build community and Growth Engineer fellowships.
  • Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate:

  • Has 5-15 years of experience building talent functions at high-velocity startups or community-driven organizations like On Deck or Contrary.
  • Possesses a deep "startup fluency" and the instinct to identify exceptional builders based on their actual impact rather than just brand names.
  • Thrives in a high-volume throughput environment and genuinely enjoys back-to-back conversations with the most interesting people in tech.
