Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing credit reviews to assign accurate ratings and closely monitor existing Problem Loans and Watch List accounts.
- Strong communication skills to lead large groups of sophisticated lenders and sponsors

Requirements

Nice to have
- Relevant work experience in analyzing/supporting project finance credits in financial institutions or equivalent in credit and/or risk related function.
- Credit experience in aviation finance or other structured finance (securitization, leasing) is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of credit analysis and risk management
- Ability to understand and work with complex financial models to assess the borrower's repayment ability
- Sound knowledge of finance, accounting, loan documentation and credit/structural risks
- An understanding of the regulatory environment in the U.S. (OCC, FRB).
- Administrative agency and/or workout experience is a plus
- BA or BS required, MBA preferred
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role is between $175K - $210K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location with eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
