Lead and grow the company's portfolio by developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving significant revenue growth.
Build and guide high-performance teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Master's or PhD degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, or other related discipline.
20+ years of experience in contaminated site management and natural resource consulting with a proven track record of driving business growth through client relationships and leadership in complex projects.
Demonstrated expertise in both business development and project leadership, with experience safely and profitably leading high-revenue projects and client portfolios.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic growth, client needs, and company profitability.

Significant experience with natural resource permitting and restoration.
Experience presenting at conferences or contributing thought leadership within professional organizations.
In depth knowledge of federal and New Jersey/New York environmental regulations associated with complex site remediation and restoration.
A passion for continuous learning, staying at the forefront of industry developments, and contributing to innovation within the company.

Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company and client Health Safety protocols.
