About the role

You are responsible for active media outreach, securing impactful placements in lifestyle, literary, and national outlets, and identifying creative windows where our clients can authentically join the cultural conversation.
Brand Storytelling: You aren't just sending releases; you are architecting moments.
You have insight into how to coordinate a book tour with social-first content and creator partnerships to ensure every launch has a cohesive, national impact.

Own the daily execution for a roster of 4-6 clients.
Manage the essential foundation of your accounts.
You own the agendas, meeting recaps, and activity reports, ensuring they are always meticulous and ready for authors, founders, and senior leadership.
Provide critical support for lifestyle events, including product launches, influencer dinners, and brand activations.
