Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience working on lean initiatives highly preferred
- Minimum five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, and 2 years preferred in a management role

- Provide feedback to BUMs, and Functional Managers (FMs) on cost and cost trends.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $103,100 - $185,600.
