About the role
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focused on different creator verticals.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding creators who align with Passes' mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top creators.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Collaborate with the Creator Success and Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
- Provide ongoing support to new creators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback and provide support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition, talent management, recruitment, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy..
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- 💵 Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year DOE Full-time role offering competitive base + commission
