About the role

Your deep understanding of power infrastructure, energy storage technologies, and thermal management will help position Skeleton's Supercapacitor and SuperBattery solutions as performance-driven alternatives to conventional systems.
Conduct on-site visits, technical trainings, and product demonstrations.
Work closely with R&D and Product Development to communicate field feedback and improve product-market fit.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize system architectures for integrating Skeleton's ultracapacitors into data center UPS, backup power, and energy efficiency applications.
Support system design, including electrical schematics, thermal considerations, and lifecycle cost analysis.
Ability to travel domestically (up to 25-40%) for customer meetings and site support.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field.
3+ years of experience as an application or field engineer in the data center or power infrastructure industry.

Experience working with Tier 1 or hyperscale data center operators.
Knowledge of energy storage regulations and incentive programs in the U.S. Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS) or electrical CAD tools.
Experience with industrial or grid-connected systems, especially in backup power applications.
