Requirements
- 2-5 years of job‑relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to live/work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
- Ability to participate in CAE's DOT Anti‑Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- As a Federal Contractor, CAE is required to participate in the E-Verify Program to confirm eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Existing instructor qualification or type rating.
- FAR Part 135 experience.
- CJ3 Type Rating.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to tailor training to diverse customer needs.
- Keen attention to detail and strong record‑keeping skills.
- Previous experience as 142 Instructor and/or Training Center Evaluator.
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
