About the role
- Presenting the value of the Ivalua Platform with highly sophisticated and engaging demos
- Our Solution Consulting department is responsible for supporting our sales teams in the pre-sales phases, by providing their expertise in our SaaS platform and functional purchasing processes (S2C, P2P).
- We are on the search for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant with a focus to join our team who brings a dynamic approach in our fast-paced technology environment to help customers solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Create winning strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise
- Recommending and supporting different selling strategies and pre-sales activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support advanced prospect requirements
- Embracing AI as both a tool and a product by using it to work smarter across the sales cycle, and building the fluency to demonstrate and defend the AI capabilities of Ivalua.
- Collaborate with like-minded individuals who are deeply passionate and highly motivated about their work.
Requirements
- Providing functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and supporting all functional/technical activities required from initial bid response through the entire sales cycle
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and other software tools (forecasting / sales tracking)
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as an essential function of the role

- Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications
- Ability to articulate the value of and sell SaaS/Cloud-Based applications
- Strong interest in AI and Agentic AI
- Staying current on the solution roadmap (forthcoming improvements) as well as competitive offers to improve your industry knowledge
