About the role
- Refusal to work mandatory overtime is considered a voluntary quit.
- Overtime will be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week.

Responsibilities
- Plans and manages shipping schedules to meet branch and customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all international shipments, including documentation, tracking information, and correspondence.
- Perform weekly/monthly lane audits. Research and resolve discrepancies related to inventory.
Requirements
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices
- Good organizational, analytical problem solving, and communication skills required.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people
- Must be responsible and self-motivated
- Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed.
- Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift.

- Performs all required functions such as receipt of material, selecting orders for shipment, freight routing, and one-step of shipments.
- Maintain legible and accurate records and metrics as required
