Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech experience
- 5+ years of experience in patient/consumer marketing within pharma/biotech
- Proven US product launch success
- Proven ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in HCP, digital, market access, or insights roles
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, sciences preferred)
Compensation
- The base salary for a Director is $200,000 - $230,000, and the base salary for a Senior Director is $240,000 - $260,000 annually.
