The Compliance Manager for Access Control & Gate Systems serves as the primary resource for ensuring all access control systems, gate operators, and related low-voltage security installations meet all applicable codes, standards, permitting requirements, and regulations. This role oversees permitting and approval activities, and coordinates with Authorities

Review access control, gate operator, and low-voltage security system designs to ensure compliance with applicable building, fire, life safety, electrical, and industry standards.
Interpret local, state, and federal code requirements and develop permitting strategies that support timely approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with internal and external resources such as, Engineers, Project Management, Inspections, and Sales teams to incorporate compliance requirements into project planning, design, permitting, and execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple demanding projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

The ideal candidate is experienced in permitting, compliance, or code enforcement related to access control systems, gate operators, automated gates, and other low-voltage systems.
High degree of experience in permitting, compliance, or code enforcement related to access control systems, gate operators, automated gates and other low-voltage systems.

$80,000-$90,000.
Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
