About the role

Role: Java Backend Developer Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Java code Work with Spring Boot / Spring MVC frameworks Design and optimize database schemas (SQL & NoSQL) Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
Write unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance issues Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Experience with RESTful API design and development
