Responsibilities
- Alto Inventory Specialists work cross-functionally across operations, inventory g, and other supply chain teams to build a better, more intuitive community pharmacy from the ground up.
- Support the Pharmacy team front-line needs, as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or instruction
- Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreads
- Manage purchasing related tasks for your site or region as required to meet our business needs.

Nice to have
- At least 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacy technician.
- Are eager to measure and improve accuracy and productivity
- Resourceful and have creative ideas on what needs to change in the industry
- Enjoy data analysis and are outcome focused
- Believes in continuous improvement
- Is passionate about improving the patient experience
- Can make quick and thoughtful decisions
- Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Compensation
- This plan focuses on preventive care-including annual checkups, screenings, immunizations, and prenatal care-at no cost when services are provided by an in-network provider.
