About the role
- You'll work closely with Business Development, Sales, Go-to-Market Operations, Product, and Brand teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a significant portion of our product experience and be accountable for business outcomes
- Transform a vague, ambitious idea into a compelling business and product case, secure resources, and lead execution with clear success criteria.
- Drive a high-impact initiative from seed to scale, ensuring sustained focus by thoughtfully sunsetting or culling initiatives that do not meet success criteria.
- 3-5 years of product design experience.
- A blend of agency and in-house product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Understanding of technical feasibility and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering partners.
- We collaborate regularly through design critiques, work sessions, and presentations to inspire and influence the direction of the product and company as a whole.

Compensation
- For candidates living in Ontario and British Columbia, the expected total cash compensation (base salary + variable pay, if applicable) range for this role is currently $131,800.00 - $170,500.00.
