About the role
- As an Analyst, Financial Operations, you will be instrumental in assisting with monthly reconciliations while also supporting critical financial tasks for our customers.
- Your contributions will directly impact Reserv's ability to provide seamless, tech-driven claims management and reconciliation ensuring that we continue to set new standards in the industry.

Responsibilities
- You will collaborate cross-functional internally to reconcile financial data and implement solutions that improve service delivery for our clients.
- Actively identify opportunities for optimization to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or analytical role, preferably with a TPA or an insurance company.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel or similar platforms
- experience with visualization tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, with the ability to write queries, preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with claims management processes preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex insights clearly.
