Responsibilities
- Project manage the bid process from RFx receipt through submission, ensuring a consistently high-quality deliverable aligned with client requirements and AGS strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams to develop opportunity win themes and pursuit strategies from pre-tender receipt through negotiation stages.
- Collaborate with pitch development teams to create compelling presentations and client-facing materials that effectively communicate AGS' value proposition.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build differentiated, compelling, and client-focused solutions.
- Manage document production, version control, distribution, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain and continuously enhance the proposal response database (Loopio).
- Document bid activity, opportunity updates, and pursuit information within Salesforce CRM.
- 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and thrive in a pressurized, deadline-driven environment

Requirements
- Knowledge of proposal automationsoftware
Compensation
- $80,000-$88,000 CAD Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package
