About the role
- Branch Manager (Community Care Administrator) - Tyler, TX
- We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager (Community Care Administrator) to lead our Community Care operations in Tyler, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of a busy Community Care branch and s upport the growth and expansion of services into new markets.
- Build, coach, and support a team of supervisors, schedulers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Prepare for and successfully lead regulatory surveys and audits.
- Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners to support continued growth.
- Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives, including occasional travel to Austin.
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and a hands-on approach.
- Can independently manage daily branch operations while supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Enjoys mentoring and developing employees.
Nice to have
- Experience managing supervisors and operational staff
- Experience with Texas Medicaid Community Care programs, PAS, CAS, or similar services
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Budget, staffing, scheduling, and operational management experience
- Collaborative and supportive leadership team
- Make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families every day
