Branch Manager (Community Care Administrator) - Tyler, TX
We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager (Community Care Administrator) to lead our Community Care operations in Tyler, Texas.

Lead the daily operations of a busy Community Care branch and s upport the growth and expansion of services into new markets.
Build, coach, and support a team of supervisors, schedulers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
Prepare for and successfully lead regulatory surveys and audits.
Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners to support continued growth.
Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives, including occasional travel to Austin.
Leads with integrity, accountability, and a hands-on approach.
Can independently manage daily branch operations while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Enjoys mentoring and developing employees.

Experience managing supervisors and operational staff
Experience with Texas Medicaid Community Care programs, PAS, CAS, or similar services
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance
Budget, staffing, scheduling, and operational management experience
Collaborative and supportive leadership team
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families every day

Candidates are evaluated based on job-related qualifications, skills, and business needs.

Has leadership experience in Community Care, Personal Assistance Services (PAS), Medicaid-funded home care, or a similar healthcare setting.
