- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Issues job skids to manufacturing supervisors and collects the supervisor's signature on pick lists and ABMs.
- Receives inbound freight and visually inspects it for shipping damage.
- Keeps records of receipts for inventory control and tracking purposes.
- Sorts recently received items and places these items in their designated storage areas.
- Picks, pulls and packages outgoing shipments
- Completes outgoing paperwork for shipments
- Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia).
- Basic Microsoft office skills such as excel and word.
- Is able to operate a forklift when necessary.
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Good organizational and communications skills. Standard business computer application software required.
