About the role

  • The primary responsibilities will include making formulations and mixing wet paint, reducing/spraying paint samples, and adjusting the samples for color or other to an identified target, as well as testing test panels.

  • Observes results and can analyze and document clearly and independently. Communicate results promptly to laboratory personnel in a team environment to permit them to meet scheduled commitments
  • Maintain laboratory equipment in clean condition

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years working in an industrial facility/setting preferred.
  • Previous lab experience preferred.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $52,000, with the possibility of an annual bonus up to 2.5% of base salary.
