About the role
- After 15+ years serving families across Colorado, Woven Care is expanding to Utah!
- The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical oversight and case management for pediatric clients receiving primarily in-home ABA services.
- At launch, services will focus on in-home therapy with a hybrid supervision model (in-person and telehealth overlap).
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collaborate with families to provide parent training and ongoing communication
- Support client onboarding and early caseload development
Requirements
- Experience providing oversight to RBTs
- Comfort working in home-based service environments
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
Nice to have
- Experience with telehealth supervision
- Interest in contributing to program development in a growth-oriented environment

Compensation
- $90,000-$105,000 base salary
- Annual CEU reimbursement

- Sign-on/Relocation bonus up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both
