About the role

  • After 15+ years serving families across Colorado, Woven Care is expanding to Utah!
  • The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical oversight and case management for pediatric clients receiving primarily in-home ABA services.
  • At launch, services will focus on in-home therapy with a hybrid supervision model (in-person and telehealth overlap).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families to provide parent training and ongoing communication
  • Support client onboarding and early caseload development

Requirements

  • Experience providing oversight to RBTs
  • Comfort working in home-based service environments
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with telehealth supervision
  • Interest in contributing to program development in a growth-oriented environment

Compensation

  • $90,000-$105,000 base salary
  • Annual CEU reimbursement
