- Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will help ensure products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Communicate Effectively and can collaborate with team members across Production, Operations, and Quality functions.
- Adaptable and Organized and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Take Initiative and proactively contribute to food safety, quality improvements, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Some analysis of raw materials may be required.
- Issue proper laboratory records (written and digital) and provides results in the required format.
- Prepare reports, as required.
- Perform Environmental Swabs, ATP Swabs, Pre-OP Inspections as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing, quality assurance, laboratory, or food safety environment.
- Experience performing laboratory testing, maintaining quality documentation, and following standardized procedures.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety principles.

- $26.00/hr (plus afternoon premium)
