- As a Software Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the scope and direction of our technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and expand a team of 8-10 software developers.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute on the team's strategic goals.
- Our cloud-first architecture, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities enable the collection, enrichment, and activation of petabytes of data, tailored to meet the unique needs of our partners.
- Your leadership will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience of a team of at least 15 software developers.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Compensation
- The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $175,000 - $197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
