About the role

A logistics officer planning a resupply across contested terrain has minutes to make decisions that move thousands of tons of equipment and shape whether an operation succeeds.
The software they use to make those calls is the difference between the right plan and the wrong one.
You'll have more direct access to real users in real conditions than almost anywhere else you could work.

Own product strategy and roadmap for major areas of TyrOS, from problem framing through shipped capability and iteration
Embed with military units during exercises and rotations to learn the domain firsthand, build trust with users, and translate field reality into product direction
Partner tightly with design to turn complex problems into intuitive product experiences that hold up under pressure

3+ years as a product manager and 6-10+ years of total professional experience, with a track record of owning meaningful product surfaces end-to-end
Technical credibility - a CS background, prior engineering experience, or equivalent depth that lets you go deep with engineers on architecture, capabilities, and tradeoffs.
Experience at strong product companies - big tech, top-tier startups, or other organizations known for a high product bar - where you've seen what good looks like
Strong product judgment: you can frame ambiguous problems, scope smartly, and make sharp tradeoffs under uncertainty
Demonstrated ability to ship intuitive product experiences in close partnership with great designers
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
Experience shipping AI-enabled features in production
Experience working on complex operational software - logistics, planning, command-and-control, analytics, or other high-stakes operational domains
Comfort in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with evolving requirements
Technical credibility - a CS background, prior engineering experience, or equivalent depth that lets you go deep with engineers on architecture, capabilities, and tradeoffs. You don't need to be writing code, but you need to understand how software gets built
Military background, or experience building products for the military or defense
