- Lead talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Train new hires and create effective onboarding processes to accelerate productivity and engagement.
- Manage department projects from planning through execution, including timelines, resources, delegation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in loan closing, team management, and process optimization.
- 4+ years of experience in loan processing or closing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Right of Rescission (RTC) requirements, including timing calculations, compliance considerations, and funding implications.
- Experience creating, documenting, and improving policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving priorities.
- The role requires a strong understanding of loan closing operations, compliance requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with home equity investments (HEIs) is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $115,000–$130,000, with compensation based on skills, experience, education, and relevant qualifications.
