About the role
- As a hands-on leader, you excel at project estimating, risk management, and project management.
- You have experience leading Professional Services practices and understand the evolving stages of the professional services business.
- You will be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results while ensuring profitable growth, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference-ability.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall portfolio of project delivery and software implementations
- Own and manage project staffing and resourcing
- Collaborate with the product team to build technology to drive automation and product enhancements
- Demonstrated experience managing managers, not just individual contributors - a team structured with team leads / intermediate layers, not flat.
- Proven track record of developing early-career leaders into a performing team - specific examples of direct reports who advanced into or grew within leadership because of their coaching.
- Experience taking a leadership group through forming/storming into performing - building cohesion among leads who don't yet operate as a unit.

Requirements
- 10+ years in Professional Services roles with demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility.
- 7+ years leading Professional Services practice/book of business in a fast-paced environment with proven success tracking P&L
- Highly efficient and ability to multitask
- Extensive experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills
- Experience of scaling up teams
- Expertise in standardization of processes
- Experience in consulting
- Experience in escalation handling and management
- Project management expertise and agile delivery
- Ability to travel to the USA
- Comfortable leading pre/post sales discussions with all levels of customer resources, technical to executive
- Understanding of financial metrics associated with Services Delivery (Utilization, Margin, Delivery Efficiency, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, with good time management skills
- Polished presentation, verbal, written and client communication skills
- Prior experience writing SOW's and leading implementations
- Comfortable with JIRA, Tempo and CRMs (Creatio and Microsoft)
- Attention to detail and takes pride in quality of work delivered
- Able to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based organization
- Exceptional client facing skills
Compensation
- Establish Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue Forecast working with the Exec team, and then take ownership of delivering on the goals.
