About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and defend strategic points of view on personalization, data activation, AI, and growth.
- Build trusted relationships that open, expand, and strengthen client partnerships.
- Partner with account teams to identify, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities.
- Guide pursuit strategy and support proposal and RFP development activities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory discipline.
- Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders on business growth and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with CIOs and technology leaders on the relationship between technology investments and business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through deal closure.
- Experience defining operating models, methodologies, and business practices for growing consulting organizations.
- Proven ability to establish and scale AI-enabled or AI-native approaches within strategy and consulting environments.
