About the role
- The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation is responsible for driving the successful execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority enterprise initiatives.
- The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and enterprise transformation.
- Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact.
- Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies that create measurable business value and operational impact.
- Credible, confident leader who can challenge constructively and lead through ambiguity.
Requirements
- Frequent domestic and international travel required.
- 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines.
Skills
- Exceptional influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
