Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team.

Perform medication reconciliation upon patient admission, transfer, and discharge
Monitor patient therapy outcomes and adjust or recommend changes to optimize treatment
Maintain inventory control of medications, including controlled substances

A Bachelor's of Science Degree (B.S.) or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university
