About the role

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team in New York.
  • This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Systems and requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • CRM and Workflow Expertise: Confidently manage our HubSpot CRM; design and implement sophisticated workflows to enhance business efficiency company-wide.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly interface with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to gather requirements and develop CRM-based technical solutions.
  • Data Quality and Sales Support: Enhance sales strategies and decision making through CRM data analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across the operational stack, leveraging CRM and iPaaS to deliver streamlined solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead projects focused on the implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM systems, tracking progress from initiation to completion to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Training and Enablement: Support user enablement of CRM processes and changes through direct support, training-the-trainer, and documentation.
  • Confidently manage our HubSpot CRM; design and implement sophisticated workflows to enhance business efficiency company-wide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems, their data models, and related Sales and Marketing business processes.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing complex, technical HubSpot workflows, processes, and reports.
  • Strong understanding of B2B Sales operations, including goals/metrics, commissions, and account assignments.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skill set, with superior attention to detail and an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in HubSpot or other relevant CRM platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-centric work environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Macros.
