About the role
- Provide strong, confident communication on primarily outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest, engaging potential customers, uncovering their needs, and working to schedule a consultation with a product expert.
- Ensure accurate entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads to drive appointment setting, while handling inbound calls as needed with the same goal of booking qualified appointments.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.
- No prior call center experience required!

Compensation
- Competitive Pay: Starting wage $20/hr with uncapped competitive bonus structure! (Full pay range for this role is $20 - $28/hr)
