About the role
- Essential Functions: Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program.
Responsibilities
- CDR Maguire (CDR|M) is a full-service transportation, planning, design, construction management/construction inspection, and project & program management engineering firm.
- CDR Maguire is seeking a CEI Senior Project Engineer to provide supervision and engineering/construction management support for projects in District 1 & 7 (Tampa area).

- Must be able to work in the United States to apply.
Nice to have
- Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program.
- Plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members.
- Reviews programs for conformance with Department standards
- Civil Engineering degree P.E. license in the state of Florida (or if registered in another state, ability to obtain registration in the State of Florida within initial six months of employment).
- Prior relevant work experience in the Tampa or Orlando area ( required ).
- Five (5) years of Senior Project Engineer experience ( required ) with an overall ten (10) years of related engineering experience (preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) of the years of related experience must be in major road or bridge construction and five (5) years in major bridge construction.
- For non-degreed personnel the aforementioned registration and ten (10) years of engineering experience (two (2) years of which are in major road or bridge construction).
