The Applications Engineer serves as the bridge between technical expertise and practical application, leveraging a deep understanding of engineering principles to deliver solutions that meet specific customer needs.

Ability to work extended periods in a sedentary position while using a computer and performing repetitive motions.
Ability to lift and move objects and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to hear and participate in normal conversations and telephone communications.
Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the wire and cable industry with RF/Coax experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% initially and approximately 60% after the role normalizes.
