Responsibilities

  • Lead the Intelligence function responsible for analytics, business intelligence, and insight generation across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise analytics platforms, intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure analytics capabilities support product innovation and platform development.
  • Build and manage a team responsible for analytics engineering, business intelligence, and insight delivery.
  • Support decision-making across business units through consistent reporting, analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Serve as a key partner to technology and business leaders in advancing a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • The Senior Director, Intelligence leads Duck Creek Technologies' Intelligence function, responsible for advancing analytics, insights, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • The role partners closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and business stakeholders to establish metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that translate data into actionable intelligence.
  • Experience developing enterprise analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related data-focused roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, intelligence, or business intelligence teams.
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, or technology teams in data-driven organizations.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience working in SaaS, cloud software, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting product analytics or technology platform decision making.
