Responsibilities
- As an Advanced Programs and Force Design Analyst, you'll bring your technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in engineering and analytics on projects for space mission areas.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DoD Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Space Operations, or Defense Analysis
- Experience with the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle, including JCIDS, DAS, and PPBE processes, including translating operational requirements into funded capabilities or POM inputs
- Experience in military modeling, simulation, and analysis (M&S) or quantitative wargame analysis
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Operations Research field
- Experience using industry-standard DoD modeling and simulation suites, such as STK/Systems Tool Kit, AME, STORM, or AFSIM to evaluate space capability survivability and effectiveness
- Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) Force Design activities, Futures Boards, or Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) document creation
- Experience working on a Joint Staff, Combatant Command, specifically USINDOPACOM, or Service-level staff, specifically USSF S8 or S9
- Knowledge of orbital mechanics, space domain awareness (SDA), or electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) as they apply to SAP systems
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Astronautical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering or a STEM field
- TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
