The role encompasses budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment to support staff morale and enhance patient satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the clinic.

1+ years of healthcare administration experience
Computer literacy in Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, Electronic Medical Records
Knowledge of health care administration, clinic philosophy and policies, operating procedures, and fiscal management systems
Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standards.
Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care.
Cooperates with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Reviews operational problems / policies and recommends solutions and changes to the Medical Director, Regional Manager, or VP of Operations.
