About the role

You will be the definitive bridge between market strategy and engineering execution.
You are responsible for requirement writing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning, ensuring the team always works on the highest-value tasks.
You ensure that the source of truth for our R&D team is accurate, up-to-date, and free of technical debt in the backlog.

Lead the Web Client initiative to achieve wide market adoption.
You will also partner with Engineering to oversee the plan for architectural upscaling, ensuring the product is built for the future.
Maintain a pristine Jira environment.
You actively build trusting relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Ops, R&D, Support, and Services.
You value design and UX as iterative adjustments on functional prototypes rather than up-front bottlenecks.

Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
Decision making skills are a must have and you must be ok making decisions without complete information.

Move beyond traditional wire-framing.
You will leverage modern AI and prototyping tools to hand off working software concepts to Engineering, allowing them to focus on enterprise-grade implementation rather than deciphering static requirements.
Experience with Claude Code is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI to streamline Product responsibilities and team workflows.
Experience with Claude strongly preferred.
MSFT MVP and DBA experience preferred
JAMS experience would be a huge plus!
