About the role
- Product Manager - Single Family, Acquisitions Type: W2 With Benefits - No C2C Location: Hybrid - Reston, VA ( 2-3 days per week onsite) Specific to Fannie/Freddie Secondary Mortgage Market: MUST have Single Family Acquisitions and Secondary Market domain expertise MUST have good understanding of the different Lender/customer industry delivery file XML
- formats such as MISMO/ULDD, 1003/ULAD, UCD and must be comfortable with data mapping exercises MUST have AWS Cloud technologies know-how and preferably worked on large scale projects including migration of assets from legacy to Cloud Responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, engage with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog including

- Responsible for product backlog maintenance, acceptance criteria and managing plans, issues and risks.
- KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Work as a product owner leading the business objectives with a squad of software engineers and align the work with stakeholder priorities.
- May be responsible for product adoption roadmap.
- May be responsible for regulatory mandates compliance adoption roadmap Help cross functional teams in discovery for product by obtaining insights from stakeholders, including Customer, CDT, CXD and Marketing.
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills.
- Participate in product epic discovery
- Oversee development of product documentation, FAQs, and other reference material for internal and external audiences.
- Risk and controls experience.
